Last night we seemed to have a problem with our auto pilot. It seemed to have a life of its own and was unable to steer a course. This meant we had to  hand steer. We did this by having an hour steering each, following a compass course of 180, and rhen having a 2 hour break.  We did this until daylight when we tried the auto pilot again and it seemed to have righted itself. By this time we were motoring as the wind had decreased to under 10k.  We have motored all day sometimes sail assisted.

 

This morning we went through a big thunderstorm with torrential rain, then the rest of the day was overcast,  We continue to motor = only 155 miles to go....
