Overnighted here before leaving early tomorrow for St Maarten. Went ashore for a cocktail (expensive) in the bar which is now open. It belongs to Christophe Harbour and Marina which is now open for super yachts. We went and enquired last year when we were here and got the guided tour. Plots of land for $1,000,000 and then another million to build a house! Bit out of our price range....
