We left Norfolk after getting fuel and water at marina at about 2pm with ebb current to the Chesapeake.
A SSW wind at 20-25 kts took us in less than 24 hours to the golf stream where wind increased to about 25-30 kts.
This morning wind decreased and we put up the mainsail.
Soon conditions are good for putting lure in the water and starting fishing.

Namiru relaxing on his "floating bed" as we leave Norfolk in calm water and wind.

A relaxed Andrea as we are about to exit the Chesapeake

Andrea in full fault weather gear as we are crossing the Gulf Stream

Sailed from Norfolk with only staysail and partially furled jib. At about 1.7 days we put full mainsail up.
